HS Electrical Services (also known as Sitto Electrical Services) is an electrical contractor serving Metro Detroit, Michigan. By using this site, you agree to these terms. Booking requests are requests, not confirmed appointments Submitting the booking form does not create a confirmed appointment. It tells us you would like one. An appointment exists only once we have contacted you and confirmed the date, time, and scope of work. Please do not arrange your day around an unconfirmed request. Our Booking & Cancellation Policy sets out how appointments are confirmed and changed. Pricing and estimates Any figure discussed before we have seen the job is an estimate, not a fixed quote. Final pricing depends on the condition of the existing wiring, the materials required, permit and inspection requirements, and work that only becomes visible once panels, fixtures, or walls are opened. We will speak to you before carrying out work that goes materially beyond what was discussed. Your responsibilities To work safely we need safe access to the property and to the areas being worked on, and someone aged 18 or over present or reachable where required. Please tell us about known hazards, previous electrical work, and anything unusual about the property's wiring. If we cannot safely access the work area at the agreed time, we may need to reschedule. Permits and inspections Some work requires a permit and a municipal inspection. Where that applies we will tell you. The cost of permits and inspections is separate from labour and materials unless we have stated otherwise in writing. Insurance HS Electrical Services is licensed and insured. Proof of insurance is available on request. Safety information on this website The safety articles and general guidance on this site are provided for information only. They are not a substitute for an assessment of your specific property by a qualified electrician. Do not attempt work on live circuits or service equipment. If you smell burning, see sparking or scorching, or believe there is immediate danger, leave the area and call 911, and contact your utility for problems with the incoming supply. Reviews and content you submit If you submit a review, you confirm that it is your honest experience of work we actually performed, and you give us permission to publish it on this site, including the display name and service area you provided. We may decline to publish, or later remove, submissions that are abusive, dishonest, unlawful, or that identify other people without their consent. We do not edit the substance of a review to change its meaning. Photographs of completed work We may photograph completed work for our project gallery. Those photographs show the work itself. If you would prefer that your job is not photographed or published, tell us and we will not. Website content The text, images, logo, and design of this site belong to HS Electrical Services. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission. Links to other websites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content. Accuracy and availability We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Details such as pricing, hours, and service areas can change. Limitation of liability Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
